The Office of Northern Ireland Public Services Ombudsman (NIPSO) was established in April 2016. It merges the old functions of Assembly Ombudsman and Commissioner for Complaints into a single statutory body. NIPSO provide professional independent impartial services that are available for free to people across Northern Ireland.
