The Patient and Client Council is an independent voice on health and social care issues in Northern Ireland (NI). Acting as a powerful, independent voice for patients, clients, carers and communities within NI, the organisation is committed to making a positive difference and advocating for people across NI in their Health and Social Care.

The Patient and Client Council chose WebsiteNI for their new website as they wanted to engage a digital agency with experience in the Health Sector. They wanted their new site to fully reflect the organisations message whilst simultaneously managing and influencing a database of people who have indicated an interest in being involved in shaping health and social care services within NI.

The team at WebsiteNI created a professional, engaging website incorporating Patient Client Councils branding and imagery to give the site a fresh and modern look. The most important aspect for the Patient and Client Council was system security and GDPR compliance, therefore, the site was equipped with the latest security standards including an SSL certificate.

The new website also integrates seamlessly with a CRM system that allows the Patient and Client Council to manage their memberships. This system facilitates user registration and interaction between the organisation and its members. In addition, the CRM system allows the council to report and analyse their data to ensure they are always providing the most effective services online.
