Founded by County Armagh father and son, John and Anthony Mackle from Macahl Animal Health, Oralade was a product born out of an idea, built on 40 years of experience making high quality pet foods, some clever chemistry combining the science behind human sports drinks and flavours pets love and working closely with vets to create a formula that offered “More than just hydration.”
WebsiteNI had the pleasure of creating the Oralade Vet website in 2017, promoting the established and trusted Oralade veterinary product and providing a portal for support and information targeted for the veterinary professionals throughout the world. This year brings about some exciting new changes moving from Oralade original to new branding Oralade GI support and now also the launch of a carefully developed Hydrate+ range for dogs and cats with still many more innovative products to come. This new product is available directly to pet owners and is currently distributed in veterinary practices and pet stores nationwide.
Macahl Animal Health required a separate eCommerce website for Oralade Pet to promote the new products and enable customers to make a purchase directly online or find their nearest stockist. Working in partnership with Macahl Animal Health, WebsiteNI strived to design the new eCommerce website to create a branding strategy that reflects the product benefits and life people will have when they buy it, highlighting key product information and unique selling points of the product that will be of interest to the Pet Owner.
The website features customer product reviews and stories along with an array of informative content with the aim of not only providing valuable support and advice to customers but also to help build trust and confidence in the product and the organisations knowledge and customer care. The website also features strong Calls to Action to encourage website visitors to ‘Buy Online’ as well as the facility for users to find their nearest stockist if they prefer to make an in-store purchase.
The website’s main homepage and navigation has been styled to provide users easy access to key areas with minimum clicks, and offer administrators at Macahl Animal Health the ability to add further product pages with ease.
