WebsiteNI is a website design agency based in Benburb. We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Administrator / Office Manager to help support our continued growth.

Working directly with senior management, this will be a key role in helping us pursue our growth strategy. The role will require 4-5 days per week commitment but may not require full time working hours. Experience in working in or reporting to a management team would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

    • Raising Invoices / Credit Notes
    • Lodging Payments
    • Account Queries
    • Credit Control
    • Generating Weekly and Monthly Management Reports
    • Office Management – Telephone / Reception, HR Support, Documentation etc

You will also be required to:

  • Provide first class customer service
  • Contribute to a positive entrepreneurial environment

Experience

Must have:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Sage Line 50
  • Strong financial understanding

Desirable:

  • A business/commerce/accountancy degree
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • CRM experience
  • Basic familiarity with web technologies, content management systems, e-commerce, domain names etc.
