WebsiteNI is a website design agency based in Benburb. We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Administrator / Office Manager to help support our continued growth.
Working directly with senior management, this will be a key role in helping us pursue our growth strategy. The role will require 4-5 days per week commitment but may not require full time working hours. Experience in working in or reporting to a management team would be beneficial.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
- Raising Invoices / Credit Notes
- Lodging Payments
- Account Queries
- Credit Control
- Generating Weekly and Monthly Management Reports
- Office Management – Telephone / Reception, HR Support, Documentation etc
You will also be required to:
- Provide first class customer service
- Contribute to a positive entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Sage Line 50
- Strong financial understanding
- A business/commerce/accountancy degree
- Excellent Excel skills
- CRM experience
- Basic familiarity with web technologies, content management systems, e-commerce, domain names etc.
