We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Sales & Client Service Manager to help build on the success of our continued growth. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering excellent customer service, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships to optimise customer retention and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Responding to incoming sales enquiries RFQs and tenders by demonstrating the product, creating proposals/bids, pricing, negotiation and closing.
  • Managing the technical support team, ensuring customer support requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with accounts and operations to ensure a smooth and professional handover happens when a client comes on board
  • Client Account Management
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present both technical and commercial information (verbal and written)
  • Awareness of key digital marketing & website practices
  • Excellent selling skills built on trust and reliability
  • Self-motivated, energetic and persistent
  • Full UK Driving licence
Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with Sage Line 50 and using a CRM system
  • A good working knowledge of websites and the online industry (Domain names, SEO, Responsive Design, Calls to Action etc)
  • Familiarity with WordPress CMS
