Website and Ecommerce Sales Professional

Previous sales experience is essential while familiarity with the technical aspects of website design and development would be a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
On a day to day basis you will be:
- Managing and acting on inbound enquiries (web and telephone based)
- Generating new business through targeted marketing campaigns
- Account management of existing customers
You will also be required to:
- Encourage opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services
- Monitor and respond to tendering opportunities
- Contribute to a positive entrepreneurial environment
Experience
Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working directly with B2B clients
- Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems, e-commerce, domain names etc
Should Have:
- Experience of using a CRM to manage sales opportunities
- An understanding of Online Marketing, Social Media and Responsive Web Design
- Excellent time management
- Own Transport
